Our agency is unique in that it has a licensed private investigator and attorney on staff. For nearly a decade, we've recovered millions of dollars of surplus funds for foreclosed owners all across the State of Florida. From 2014-2019, we were certified by the State of Florida as a judicially appointed Surplus Trustee, until the trustee program was subsequently ended by the legislature.
During the peak of the Surplus Trustee program, we received almost one-quarter or all judicial surplus appointments in the entire state.
Since 2019, Florida has reverted back to requiring foreclosed owners to navigate the courts and handle their own surplus disbursements without the automatic appointment of a trustee. Although we are no longer automatically appointed by the courts, we continue to pride ourselves on providing a client-centric service that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
As the number of unlicensed "surplus chasers" have grown exponentially in the absence of state certification and licensing requirements, it is more important than ever to know the credentials and track record of an agency before signing a contract.

Our largest surplus recovery was nearly $500,000 in 2018. In the last 8 years, our staff has handled dozens of cases over $100,000, and has recovered millions of dollars for foreclosed owners.
Longest Recovery
Our longest recovery involved multiple parties and a contested time-barred claim, and took nearly two years to complete. However, the average recovery time is 45-60 days.
